Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a first point of contact to manage multiple accounts during the product implementation phase
  • Engage with customer’s executives to understand and document customer requirements
  • Technical familiarity with system features and use
  • Customize our solution according to customer’s requirements
  • Work hands-on to perform initial configuration of the customer’s system
  • Coordinate your efforts with other teams to deliver all ordered services by cut-over date
  • In coordination with the account management team, train new customers in all aspects of the implemented solution
  • Work hands-on to resolve immediate customer escalations
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues and drive issue escalation with Technical Support
  • Participate in customer requested meetings
  • Have flawless follow-up with customer’s calls, emails, and training
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in providing customer oriented services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Hands-on technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    • Telephony infrastructure and Voice-over-IP (SIP)
    • IT infrastructure and security
    • IP networking
    • System administration

Channel Support Representative

This individual will be responsible for assisting our channel partners and sales force in pursuing company goals of increasing sales and delivering world class pre sales support. The channel support group is responsible for assisting our sales channel in the design and demonstrations of our products, as well handling calls and emails requesting assistance or detailed application support.

Regional Sales Manager – Agent Channel

The regional manager position will be responsible for the growth of existing agents and the addition of new agents into our channel. Your position would involve travel to the agents’ locations to work with them on establishing objectives and creating plans that will facilitate the agents’ success.

  • Consistently achieving or exceeding assigned quotas
  • Actively recruit qualified master agents and agents in geographic territory
  • Participate in training and launch of newly recruited agents
  • Develop business plan with master agents/agents to define success between both organizations
  • Quarterly business reviews with agents to make sure we are all working according to plan
  • Pipeline and opportunity management
  • Quarterly and monthly forecasts, updated weekly
  • Participate in product demonstrations
  • Assist in closing end user deals with agents
Requirements:
  • Ability to understand the value of Zultys Cloud Services collaboration tools and services
  • Premise or Hosted Unified Communications(UCaas), IP Telephony, or SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated success selling high value, complex solutions
  • Significant travel
  • Strong relationship building skills and networking experience
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to help agents understand products and where they fit in an opportunity

Inside Sales Representative – Agent Channel

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls per day, working with channel agents, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales

Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting assigned channel partners (VARs) within their region and for developing and increasing our sales to these partners by communicating our offerings effectively. You will be assisting our partners with customer demonstrations and quotes to help them close business deals.

  • Enhance our relationship and mindshare with Channel Partners
  • Work with the outside Regional Sales Director to coordinate and target potential opportunities
  • Work with our distribution partners to assist our VARs with ordering and other support needs
